About Us

I am a highly-motivated Professional Baseball Player with a lifetime of experience, including 19 years at the professional level. I have over a decade of first-hand experience with the evolution of baseball, both in competing and instructing. The major focus in my professional life is; maximizing development for both myself and others, as well as health, wellness, and nutrition.

It is hard to overstate how I have experienced and changed over the past 19 years. Above all, I have come to value simplicity; hold on tight to the things that make me a better pitcher and person and respectfully set aside the things that do not. Over the past 7-8 years, I have had a “baptism-by-fire” in some of the more progressive pitching environments the game has to offer. Having firsthand experience in technology like Rapsodo, TrackMan, Edgertronic, as well as some different proprietary club-specific processes and technologies. I embrace the notion that this is not a “cookie cutter” business - there is no “one size fit all” solution. You are a product that is continuously polishing up what defines yourself. Perfect what works for you, but be open to change.
